Melanie Mayron’s Good Baby Diaper Cream

Thursday, November 20th, 2008

While checking out the booths at the recent Mom2B trade show, I was surprised to run into actress and director, Melanie Mayron talking about… diaper cream? Who knew?!

After getting over the fact that I was talking with “Melissa Steadman” from “thirtysomething” (one of my favorite shows of all time), I couldn’t get over the adorable retro packaging of her products.

Mayron said that after having her twins in ’98, she couldn’t find an ointment that she really liked. So she went about making her own concoction with the help of her chemist dad. Cut to 10 years later and Mayron is now offering her own natural diaper cream.

Here are the reasons why am I crushing on Our Best Barrier & Diaper Cream:

  • It’s paraben-free,
  • Not tested on animals
  • It has a clean fragrance
  • It’s loaded with vitamins A, C, D and E
  • It’s 98% natural
  • And it provides just the right amount of thickness to protect my baby’s buns. I’ve got a serious crush!

Keep an eye on her website for future developments with other Mayron’s Good Baby products such as their Body Milk, Body Oil and Shampoo. I tried a sample of them at the show and they’re fabulous!

Here’s what I’m crushing on today…

Earth Mama Angel Baby’s Earth Mama Body Butter

Prevent stretch marks during pregnancy (or at least give it the old college try) with this thick and rich lotion. Goes on like a dream! I fell in love with this during my recent pregnancy. Plus, it’s toxin-free and made with 85.9% organic ingredients. Gotta love that.

“The First Adventures of Incredible You”

An adorable storybook that you can personalize for your child.

My son gets excited every time he hears his name, and the names of the people and places he loves, throughout the book. Until December 1st, present the coupon code holiday15 for 15% off of your purchase.

Bedtime with The Beatles, Vol. 2

A CD of instrumental versions of classic Beatles songs by musician Jason Falkner. Sir Paul McCartney himself even gave it his seal of approval. Good for baby… and good for mom and dad, too!

Pinxav

You only want the best for your baby’s little buns, right?

Recently I’ve been crushing big time on this fantastic diaper rash ointment (pronounced “pink salve”). It’s been around since 1927, so it’s got to be good, right? And it goes on pink! Perfect for my little girl.
